Should I repair or replace my roof?
If your roof is leaking in more than one spot, rusting through or past its lifespan, a re-roof is usually cheaper over time than chasing repairs. We give you an honest call at the site check, not a hard sell.
Can you re-roof over the existing roof?
In most cases we strip the old material so we can inspect and repair the structure underneath. That is the right way to do it and it is what our warranty is built on.
Will my house be exposed during the work?
No. We stage the job so the building stays weathertight, and we watch the forecast so your home is never left open to the rain.
